Complete Care & Support expect all staff to undergo Induction Training prior to starting to work for us. We provide the training free of charge with no “pay back” costs involved. The induction programme is designed to equip our team with the necessary skills to deliver care to a high standard from the very start and makes an excellent introduction to the achievement of the care certificate. 

 

For our induction programme our care team will receive training on the following subjects:

 

* Moving & handling

* First aid & basic life support

* Medication

* Safeguarding

* Health & Safety & Fire safety

* Infection control

* Nutrition & Hydration

* Lone worker

* Dementia

* Person Centred Care

* End of life Care

* Mental Capacity Act 

* Equality & Diversity

 

Additional training courses available include:

 

* Catheter Care / Stoma Care

* Diabetes

* Stroke

* MS training
